• Client and customer data: Retained until no longer necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations, in line with legal requirements, or until requested for deletion by the client. Platform data and client communications (e.g., Slack conversations) are retained as required by contracts.
• Marketing and lead data: Retained while we have a legitimate interest or consent or until the individual requests deletion.
• IT and system data: Recycle bins, downloads, and deleted emails are cleared regularly, and files containing personal information are deleted after a maximum of 6 years or sooner if no longer needed.We securely delete or anonymize data once it is no longer required.
