• Marketing and lead data: Retained while we have a legitimate interest or consent or until the individual requests deletion.
• IT and system data: Recycle bins, downloads, and deleted emails are cleared regularly, and files containing personal information are deleted after a maximum of 6 years or sooner if no longer needed.We securely delete or anonymize data once it is no longer required.
